With these hooks fitted the models can be used with Bachmann Branchline’s revolutionary Auto-Release Coupling System, as fitted to selected versions of models like the Class 08/09 Diesel Shunters and Class 30/31 Diesel Locomotives.

Coupling hooks fitted to Bachmann Branchline models are manufactured in premium, non-magnetic materials and are suitable for use with Auto-Release Couplings without modification. These replacement hooks are only required for third-party models which have been supplied with magnetic coupling hooks manufactured from a ferrous metal.
